District Assoc- `• 10 meeting of Ontario-iatipn, of Agricultural Societ- ies on Saturday, May 26th. Registration was at 9.30 a.m. with 131. registering. Mr. Clarence Lange, dist- riet director, .convened the. meeting. Delegates attend- ing from Litcknow were Norman and Eva Bolt, and Ross and Elaine Errington. Mrs. Pat MacLean, Thorn- bury, •lady representative, spoke briefly ;and,gave some suggestions on how to im- prove local fairs. Mr. Lange spoke briefly on. the Conven- tion in Toronto and also gave a few _comments en fairs. Mr. Art Peppin from Ont- ario Association of Agricel- tural Societies, Toronto, brought greetings. He re- ported that three commun- ities were starting. Fall Fairs •in Ontario, one -in district 10.. He spoke briefly on grants.
