on; s . Joseph (Kathleen)
Cassidy,. ' Teeswater; John '
Graham, Ann Arbor, Michi-
gan and Arthur Graham

the daughter of the late
Howard Spencer and the. late
Katharine Rintoul. She mar-
tied' the late William Jewitt
of Lucknow in 1904. at
Kinloss.
She is survived by two
sons, Gordon of Kitchener
and Dave of Lucknow, a
daughter, Mary Loth, of
Kitchener ` and a grand-
daughter, . Shirley Bolt of
Lucknow. Two great grand-
children also survive.
She was predeceased by
her husband and a daughter,
Sadie Hastings;
