In the first game of the day, .Lucknow played against Blyth and came out :on the short end of the game, 'losing -In the .second game • Mild may played.Tiverton and vvon this game by a score of 2 - 0. • The third game saw the team from Brussels winning over Ripley by a 4 - 0 score... The fourth game wasplay- ed between Teeswater and Belgrave. Teeswater won this. game 4 - 1. • After the* fourth game Teeswater, Brussels, Mild- may and Blyth were now ,in • the'championship playdowns while Lucknow, Tiverton, Ripley and Belgrave were in the conOolation,playdowns.
