at the Company Head Office, Wroxeter, Ontario on
Tuesday, February 27,1979
at 1:30 p.m.

uty -Reeve would be accepted
by the Clerk".
Reeve Foran voted in
favour of the motion, and the
motion carried. The special
Meeting to appoint a Deputy -
Reeve by Council members '
will take place on Tuesday,
February 13th at 1.00 p.m.
The Clerk was directed to
advertise in the Lucknow and
Goderich papers for a person
to count the dogs and sell
dog tags in the township.
The application of hardtop
on the hill in Auburn was
discussed. This will be done
under the supervision of the
Township Road Superintend-
ent.

hereby authorized to apply to
the Ministry of Transporta-
tion and Communications for
payment of the annual sub-
sidy on road expenditures in,
1978 in the amount of

_Joyce Osborne's home.
An election of officers was
held with the following res-
ults: Sheila Osborne, pres-
ident; Gayle MacKenzie,
vice president; Charlene El-
phick, secretary and Helen
Simpson, press. reporter.
Leaders, Joyce Osborne
and Donna Elphick, distri-
buted members' pamphlets
and outlined the club re-
quirements.
Joyce gave a history of
accessories and used two of
the members as models to
show how to, choose a basic
wardrobe colour. Donna told
which Accessories look best
with the different figures.
Gayle MacKenzie used her
sewing basket to show what
should be included in a
sewing basket.
