The retiring Directors are George C.—Feagan and
Kenneth B. MacLean. Mr. Feagan is not elegible for
re-election in accordance with article, 21(b) of the
by-laws. It is recommended Mr. Feagan's replacement,
elected for a three year term, be from the Goderich,
Goderich Township area. Mr. MacLean is elegible for
re-election for a three year term.
A policyholder• wishing to seek election or re-election
as a Director must file his or her nomination .in writing
with .the Secretaryof the Corporation at least five (5)
days in advance of an Annual Meeting or Special
General Meeting called for the purpose of electing
Directors.
The Company By-laws are available for inspection' at
