Tiny Meat Balls in Mushroom Sauce

11/2 cups soft bread crumbs
% cup onion, finely ch'ped
3 cup butter or margarine
% tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp, salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 cup flour
1 can (10-oz.) con.densed
cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10-oz.) condensed
tomato soup RE Combine first two ingredients, set aside, In skillet, cook
onions in butter until tender; add to first mixture. Add
seasonings, egg and hamburg; mix thoroughly. Shape into
1-inch balls; roll in flour, In skillet, brown meat balls in
remaining butter, Pour off excess fat. Combine soups, pour
over meat balls, Cover, cook .20 mins, Stir now and then.
Serve over rice. Serves 4.
