They had a good start with a home run from the first batter, Barb Dauphin. Bonnie Willie came through with a triple and brought in another run. Bonnie had another triple in the third inning. Wingham came through with a final score of 22-14. JULY 1.4 Millbank returned here Thursday night for what proved to be the best game the girls have played. The score was 4-1 for Wingham. Another game like that and the, coach will have a heart attack. Bonnie Willie had another home run. Wendy Crewson had a nice hit and brought in anal. Keep up the good work girls. Wingham: 4 runs; 2 hits; 2 errors. Millbank: 1 run; 4 hits; 0 errors. JULY 18 In Harriston Tuesday eve- ning the girls came across with another win, 20-18. There were four home runs in the game from Barb Dauphin, Mar- ion Willie, Bonnie Willie, and Jayne English. The girls were really hitting some nice ground- ers to outfield. They weren't nearly as noisy at this game as most of them ate too much watermel- on and didn't feel very well. The pitcher had her bangs cut (too short) and wasn't in very good humor but the coach Jitney Winners An inter-town jitney was held at the local bowling green Thursday evening with Tees- water, Lucknow, Atwood and Wingham The prizes went to Herb DO- fy;(tied) Mrs. J.
