was conducted on Wednesday
afternoon of last week at the
Stiles funeral home, Goderich,
for Mrs, Amy (Rutherford) Bom-
ar, who passed away on Monday
at her home in Goderich. Rey.
J. Donald MacDonald officiat-
ed.
Following service there the
body was conveyed to Wroxeter
Cemetery for interment. Pall-
bearers were five nephews o f
the deceased, Peter and John
Newans, James and r.harles Dar-
ling, and John Rutherford; and
Rowland Ballagh.

The funeral for Makohn
Dewar, 91, of Teeswater who
died at Wingham Hospital Sat-
urday, was conducted at the
McGlynn Funeral Home, Tees-
water, Monday. interment was
in Park Lawn Cemetery, Tor-
onto,
Mr. Dewar, formerly of Tor-
onto, is survived by two daugh-
ters, Mrs. John (Elisabeth.) Mc-
Kague, Teeswater anct Jean De-
war of Port Hope, and one son,
Clifford of Toronto.

were held Saturday when the
household effects of Mrs. Dor-
othy Wright and John Young
were sold. The Wright proper-
ty was not sold but Bruce Mont-
gomery purchased the Young
property,

children died in infancy.
