Sunday dinner guests with the Johanns were Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Wal- ker and family of Belgrave. Mr. and Mrs. Elerer Jeffray and family visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Weitz, near Clifford. Rev. Everett Hawkes of Mor- risburg has accepted a call to the Belmore and Bluevale Pres- byterian churches. Mr. Ket- chen of Fergus has been supply- ing in the local pulpit and had charge of Sunday's service. Misses Phyllis McKague and Margaret Jeffray sang a duet, accompanied by Miss Evelyn Dickson. Quilting Bee GORRIE—The United Church Women held their annual quilt- ing bee in the Sunday School room on Wednesday and Thurs- day. Approximately 20 quilts will be turned in for the bale.
