Kinettes Donate To Send Child to Summer Camp The regular meeting of the Wingham Kinette Club was held Monday evening with 15 members present. The meet- ing opened at the bowling alley where bowling was enjoy- ed. First prize went to Mrs. Stewart Leedham, second to Mrs. Dave Burgess and the low prize to Mrs. Keith McClure. The members then went to the home of Mrs. Leedham where a short business session took place. Thirty dollars was donated to the Golden Circle School to help with the expense of sending one of the pupils to summer camp, A lengthy discussion followed as to.wheth• er or not to have the conces• sion for the booth for the Orange Day celebration on July 12. This was left undecid- ed for thee time being. Mrs. Bob Wenger gave a very favorable report on the spring dance held in Formosa and urged the members to sell their tickets for theatre night, May 12th,. After a delicious lunch the meeting was adioumed. The next meeting to take place on Wednesday, May 26th et the home of Mrs. Alan Williams.
