President William Elston was in charge. The secretary's report was read by Mrs. George Martin and the treasurer's report showed a hal- ance on hand of $206.27, The date for the 1965 fair was set for September 15. A music festival will he held on May 17 and 18 in the Foresters' Hall, It was decided to again sell ads in the prize list hook and to ask each school board for the same grant of $1.50 per pupil. Achievement Day CompletesProject Joyce Procter of the Belgrave club and Grace Mathers of Blue - vale received Provincial Honor pins and certificates at the 4-H Achievement Day held in Wing - ham District High School on Saturday. The award is forcom- pleting twelve different projects. County Honor pins and certi- ficates for completing six pro- jects were awarded to Mrs. Dwight Campbell, Bev. Mac- Donald and Sharon Riley of Blyth; Pam Cooper, Pat Cran- ston, Karen Gaunt, Marybelle Hunter, Nancy Irwin and Rosa - line Phillips of Lucknow; Ann McKercher and Donna Mundell of Bluevale; Lois Rinn of Bel - grave and Sharon Stewardson of Port Albert. Miss Cranston was not present because of illness. Mrs. Clarke Johnston of Bel - grave and Mrs. Wellington Good of Blyth were each presented with a, leader's certificate. A record of achievement was signed for each girl com- pleting the project, "The Club Girl Stands on Guard". The exhibits included "One Way to Good Health" by the Belgrave Club, represented by Joyce Procter, Wingham by Barbara France and Blyth II by Marjorie Phelan; "Six Books We Have Read" by Bluevale with Donna Mundell in charge and St. Helens with Sharon Rintoul; "A Hobby I Enjoy" by Colwa- nash with Susan Arnold repre- senting the club. All members of the Kintail Club presented a skit, " Spend- ing Our Time Off'; Dungannon Club gave "First Aid in the Horne"; Zion, "Safety in the Home"; and Blyth I, "First Aid in the Home". Association Holds Euchre BLUEVALE-A very success- ful euchre party, sponsored by the Bluevale Recreational Asso- ciation, was held in the com- munity hall on Thursday even- ing when 17 tables were in play.
