GORRIE-A Tri -County Pee
Wee hockey game was played
in the Gorrie arena on Monday
between Bluevale and Gorrie.
The score was 9-2 in favor of
Gorrie.
Barry O'Krafka high -lighted
the scoring for Gorrie with five
goals and two assists. Singles
were taken by Murray Grainger
and two assists, Ronald Loutitt,
Dale Edgar, Ricky Elliott and
one assist. Lance Gibson had
one assist.
Scoring for Bluevale were
Clifford Hetherington with an
assist from Kenneth Gowing
and Ricky Stapleton assisted by
Paul Moffat, There was one
penalty, Leslie Tervit, two
minutes for elbowing.

Pupils at SS No. 9 Carrick
staged their Christmas variety
concert in the school on Tues-
day afternoon of last week.
Though there was not a large
attendance the nine pupils at
school presented an excellent
concert, and their teacher,
Mrs. James Inglis of Lakelet
and music teacher, Mrs. Bruce
Keith of Teeswater, are to be
congratulated.
Miss Bonnie Walker of Bel -
grave is spending some time
with her uncle and aunt, Mr.
and Mrs. Wilfred Johann and
sons while her mother, Mrs.
Wilfred Walker is in Wingham
and District Hospital.
