The next stage in this progression occurs on December 28, 1964, when the follow- ing Minimum Wage rates will be effective. ZONE 1 -Southern Ontario and Major Northern Ontario Cities: Men- $1.00 per hour, Women -.95 per hour, Construction continues at $1.25 per hour.
