The Gorrie United Church
anniversary services will be
held October 18 at 11 a.m. and
'7:30 p.m. Rev. John Bonham,
chaplain at the R. C. A.F. Sta-
tion at Centralia, will be the
guest minister and will show
slides after the evening services
of gardens and churches in Eu-
rope.

Anniversary
GORRIE -The Presbyterian
Church in Gorrie was decorated
with baskets of chrysanthemums
for anniversary services. Spe-
cial music was provided by the
choir,
Rev. A. Clements, B. A. ,of
Palmerston was the guest speak-
er and chose as his theme "Our
Religion, What Is It?" at the
morning service and "Witness-
ing for Christ" in the evening.
The services were well at-
tended.
