I, Miller. Sympathy of the community goes to the Miller family. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Grewar, Nancy and Bradley of Sudhury, are visiting her parents, Mr, and Mrs. Harvey Webb. Mr. Gerald I)orscht return- ed home this past week from Westminister Hospital, London. Mr. and Mrs. Allan Miller, Douglas and Lori attended the Corbett picnic at Alliston on Sunday last. Misses Margaret and Brenda Wilson of London visited for a few days with Mr. and Mrs. Frank McQuillin. Misses Vera McDonald, Mary Pannabecker, Corinne Cranston and Beverley McPher- son spent the past week at the United Church Camp at Gorki. - Mr. and Mrs. David Black- wood and Ruth of Whitewood, Sask., and Mr. Leonard Cor- bett of Alliston were recent vi- sitors with Mr. and Mrs. Allan Miller, A.Y.P.A. Meets at St. Stephen's GORRIE- The regular meet- ing of the Gorrie-Fordwich branch of the Anglican Young People's Auxiliary was held Sunday evening in St. Stepheds Church basemt.nt, There were 14 members present. The president, Sharon Hub- bard, opened the meeting with prayers, Ronald Ferguson read the Scripture, Kenneth Ander- son gave the secretary's report and Bryan Underwood the trea- surer's report. It was decided to meet on August C3 in St. Stephen's Church with the Gorrie Town Group in charge of the meet- ing. A study of the Apostle's Creed was led by Sharon Hub - hard. The meeting closed with prayers and a hymn. The Fordwich group was in charge or games and lunch. GORRIE NEWS Mrs. tiv. . C. King, Mrs. E. Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Nuhn and family accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Coulter and are holidaying at Charleston.
