family held a reunion on Sunday
at the home of Mr. and Mrs..
Reg. Scholtz, The afternoon
was spent in conversation, con-
tests and games.
The oldest person present was
Mrs. George James of Goderich.
The youngest person was Ronald
Walker. \1rs, Sweeny ofSask-
atchewan came the farthest.
The president, Iioward Spiv-
ey, presided for the election of
officers. The new president is
Ezra Scholtz and the secretary
is Mrs. Ezra Scholtz. Mrs.
Charles Machan is convener of
the sports committee. Conven-
er of the lunch committee is •
Mrs. Percy Youngblut.
There were around 70 in at-
tendance.

dren of the Church of Langside
met on Sunday in the commun-
ity hall. The president, Simon
De Boer, presided and gave the
call to worship. Miss Sharon
Moffat led in prayer. The
scripture was read by Kenneth
Scott. It was decided to hold
the next meeting the last Sun-
day in August. The minutes
were read by the secretary, L,
Moffat,
