Her topic was "The Ideal Home". Mrs. Charlotte Holditch of Brantford is visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Victor Emerson. Mrs. Holditch is the former Belle Hockeridge of the Langside community. Messers Jack and Archie Ait- cheson were in Markdale on Wednesday attending the funer- al of their cousin, Mrs. Maggie Allen. Mrs. James Richardson re- cently attended the wedding in Acton of Mr. Harry Hostede. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Aitcheson, Barbara and Bradley of Birr, vi- sited Saturday with Mr, and Mrs. Carl McClenaghan. Mr. and Mrs. Russel Gaunt called Sunday afternoon on Miss Helen Currie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Currie, who is employed at Jack's Ranch near Inverhuron. Misses Linda Johnston of Kitchener and Janette Johnston of Belgrave spent the week -end with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tif- fin. Mr. Barry Tiffin of Kitchen- er spent the week -end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Tif- fin. The home of Mrs. Lillian McClenaghan was the scene of activity when six families were represerited including their own. Mr. Edgar Gaunt and son John, two Bieman boys and Mr. Percy McClenaghan of Lucknow were engaged in haying operations, Mr. Harvey Craig was mowing the lawn, and two little girls, Misses Gayle and I-Ieidi Rezans- soff of St. Catharines are holi- daying at the farm. Campbell Reunion Held at Seaforth The Campbell family reun- ion was held in Seaforth Lions Park with about 100 in attend- ance. The oldest person at the re- union was Mrs. Annie Orvis of Wingham and the youngest per- son was Murray Campbell of Wingham. Mr. and Mrs. 011ie Campbell had been married the longest and the couple with a wedding date nearest that of the reunion was Mr, and Mrs. Ken Johnston of Bluevale.
