It seems our President had quitte a time rounding up spares, but as usual, Vicki Wild, Elaine Colvin, Helen Casemore, Hilda,Brown, Jim Deneau and Jack Walker all came to our rescue. Sure is great to have such willing friends to fill in for us. They do well too, as Helen Casemore took the ladies' High single with 2r;t, as well as the high triplewith 705. Hilda Brown, bless her, howled in place of one of our men and took the men's high single with 282. Ernie Walker took the triple with 719. Pretty good scores, what? Team standings: Hurons 81; Sioux 80; Crees 79; Iroquois 75; Apaches 41:; Mohawks 41. For all that the Apaches axle Mohawks are draggin' their moccasins, don't you belie e that they are giving up. Just take a look and you will see they are still in there pitchin'. Good sportsmanship is the Coni- mercial League motto, and it is most noticeable in this group.
