To Retain Fizz
What is the hest way to re-
tain carbonation in a soft drink
once the bottle has been open-
ed?
Here are a few simple tips.
Have the beverage well chilled
before you open it. Avoid
shaking the bottle before open-
ing it. Pour carefully so as not
to let any more of the carbon-
ation escape than is necessary.
Keep the bottle cold after year.
have opened it.
A good drinking tempera-
ture for carbonated soft drinks
is between 45 degrees and 5o
degrees. This gives the best
cooling effect and flavour.
