Servicing the Car Regularly
At WINGHAM MOTORS
Balances the Budget
By regular servicing you
avoid car troubles before
they start. It's no fun
juggling the budget to
take care of costly repair
bills — especially when
regular servicing at
Wingham Motors could
have prevented it. It's no
fun either, driving a-
round in a car that
sounds as though it may
quit on you at any time.
It's unnecessary too. A
thorough check up by
our skilled mechanics
will give you a vehicle
that's pleasing to drive.

PROPOSED RENTAL HOUSING PROJECT
TOWN OF WINGHAM
ATTENTION!
IF YOU HAVE ONE OR MORE CHILDREN
OR
ARE SIXTY YEARS OF AGE OR OVER
(Single Person or Couple)
IF YOUR GROSS FAMILY INCOME IS LESS THAN
$4,300 PER YEAR
THIS 15 OF INTEREST TO YOU!
The Council of the Town of Wingham together with the Federal and Pro-
vincial Governments is considering the development of public housing in the
town. In the first instance we must establish whether there is a definite demand
for such accommodation and this can only be achieved if interested families
complete and return survey questionnaires.
The rents would be geared to income, tenants paying approximately 20°/Q
of their gross income in rent regardless of the size of the unit. The houses
would be either row or semi-detached design. Units could have up to four or
five bedrooms.
It is ESSENTIAL that interested families pick up and complete a question-
naire from the Wingham Municipal Offices.
REMEMBER
Only by filling out a questionnaire NOW can you help to determine whether
a project should be developed.
