Lamb Is Source
Of Vitamine 8
Lamb is an easily digested
meat and an excellent source
of high quality protein. It is
one of the best sources of iron,
phosphorus, and all B vitamins.
Here are some lamb -point-
ers, Don't remove the "fell"
from a leg of lamb, The "fell"
is the paper -like covering
around the outside of the leg
which helps to hold the shape
of the roast better during cook-
ing, makes it juicier, and al-
lows it to cook faster. Searing
a lamb roast is not recommend-
ed since this will not hold in
the juice. Just brown the lamb
slowly. Lamb should always be
served either hot or cold, but
never luke warm. And hot
lamb should always be served
on warm plates.
Lamb chops are good on the
barbecue too, Grill 8-10 min.
per side and brush with barbe-
cue or mint sauce,
