TOWNSHIP OF TURNBERRY
A BY-LAW of the Municipali-
ty of the Township of Turnberry
for stopping up and closing
Elizabeth Street more particul-
arly hereafter described,
WHEREAS, it is deemed ad-
visable by the Municipality of
the Township of Turnberry to
stop up the road hereinafter de-
scribed;
AND WHEREAS the council
of the said Corporation feel that
when this street was never open
to traffic that there is no need
of this street in the Hamlet of
Bluevale, and the Council deem
it expedient that the said street
be stopped,
THEREFORE be it enacted
and it is hereby enacted that the
road hereinafter described and
namely Elizabeth Street, being a
street running east from Clyde
Street to William Street, between
Lots Nos. 11 and 12 of Cantelon
Survey, in the Hamlet of Blue -
vale, being a distance of approxi-
mately 268 feet long and 66 feet
wide, more or less, in the Town-
ship of Turnberry,
Read a first and second time
this 31st day of August, A.D.
