Bermuda Scenes
Shown at Church
WHITECHURCH—Many of
the ladies of the U.C.W. of
the United Church met on Sat-
urday with the Messengers in
the S.S. room of the church.
The young folks presented their
program and then Mrs. Jas.
Moffat showed slides of beauti-
ful homes, scenes, flowers,
churches and trees taken when
in Bermuda on their recent
wedding trip. They travelled
over the island on powered
bicycles, as there are few cars
there, and only those who have
lived there for five years, have
a license to drive.
All enjoyed the social time
that followed.
