We have examined the books and records of the Township of Morris for the year ended 31 December, 1962. Our audit in- cluded an examination of the Bank Accounts, Cash Receipts and Disbursements Vouchers, Collector's and Treasurer's Accounts and the distribution thereof for the year ended on the above date. We report that in our opinion: The financial transactions which. have come under our notice have been within the powers of the municipality, The audit has been conducted in accordance with the in- structions of Department of Municipal Affairs. The Financial Statements present fairly the financial posi- tion of the .municipality as at 31 December, 1962, and the results of its opedations for the year ended on that date.
