Robert H. Laning & Sons of Water-
ford, Ontario are now Eastern Canadian
distributors of the Kidd Bed Spred Bale
Chopper.
The chopper "speeds up bedding
down" because it is easy to operate and
manoeuvre. It features dual discharge
chutes controlled individually by spring
tension and spreading control from the
tractor seat.
The shredding mechanism is a cen-
tral agitator spike. Flywheel knives
shred the base of the bale, then centrifu-
gally force the straw through the station-
ary blades for more chipping and dis-
charge.
The Kidd Bed Spred Bale Chopper is
designed for use with Cat 1 or2 tractors.
