JD WAGONS
GET TOUGHER
John Deere is now offering four
farm wagons with increased load -carry-
ing capacities.
The 700 wagon (7 tons/ 6,350 kg)
has 40 per cent more capacity than the
965 it replaces.
The 720 (9 tons, 8,165 kg) replaces
the 1065A, offering 28 per cent more
capacity.
The 740 (11 tons, 10,000 kg) re-
places the 1075 with a 10 per cent in-
crease in capacity.
The 770 (14 tons, 12,725 kg), with
17 per cent more capacity, replaces the
1275.
The increases were achieved with
new wheel and tire options combined
with new U -section reaches (on the 700
and 720 models) and steering compo-
nent changes (on the 740 model).0
YETTER PRODUCTS
ADDED TO LINE
DFK Equipment Sales Inc. has
added the conservation tillage equip-
ment of Yetter Mfg. Co., Colchester,
Illinois, to the products of several North
American manufacturers it distributes
throughout Ontario.
Yeuer products include fertilizer,
conservation and disc -chisel coulters,
Trash Masters, rotary hoes, row -crop
planter units, drill markers, and the re-
cently developed Weight Transfer Sys-
tem along with the Yetter coulter cart
which, among other uses, converts con-
ventional grain drills to no -till
operations.
DFK, established in 19E, opened
new facilities at R. R. 4, Elmira last
