The crowd will be coming to see more than 200 exhibits of pork products and services, to learn about innovations in the industry, and to hear speakers discuss the latest in technology. In addition, displays of some of the finest purebred animals in Ontario will be judged and evaluated. Feeder pigs, market hogs, and carcasses will be judged and discussed according to their contribution to meat counters around the world. This year's congress theme is "Proud of our Progress," and pork pro- ducers can certainly be proud as they walk through the three -acre site of ex- hibits, education programs, competi- tions, awards, and social gatherings. The Ontario Pork Congress has developed a world-wide reputation for identifying leadership in pork produc- tion.
