Walkerton dairyman Jim Fischer delivers guest lectures as the
University of Guelph's agrologist-in-residence

He is a man with enthusiasm,
knowledge, commitment to
involvement and was recently
honoured by being named the
University of Guelph's agrologist-in-
residence.
Jim Fischer of the Walkerton area
has not confined his agricultural
interests to those which would
directly impact his own dairy
operation, but has made the time to
serve a broader community. It is that
dedication which put him in the

involved in so many
organizations, Jim

manages to get home
to do the plowing

dairy farm on the

Walkerton.
