Martine MacDonald of Zurich has created her own job with the opening of Temp -Ted temporary employment agency. While a common perception of typical "temp" jobs is in an office, MacDonald says the field is actually much broader — a waitress, factory worker or farm hand is just as likely to be involved in temporary employment.
