They tell it like it is, I am in favour of the truth. The article on Stable Funding gives me some difficulty in accepting the proposals of forced membership in one of three organizations. Now they have a good argument, that if I am benefiting by this policy I should pay: that sounds fair enough. But I don't want the NISA Program. We don't want Stabilization because we only ship cattle April and May, two months a year when prices are high. Stabilization helped keep overproduc- tion at lower prices. We don't want tax rebates. Just charge the fair tax in the first place and there is no need of a mile of Red Gov- ernment Tape. Don't print money and run it through Farm Credit Corporation and try to call it real money. When Government did this and lent it to farmers to pay five times what a farm is worth, the next step is you need tax- payers paying the interest rates giving out even more subsidies and finally Debt Review Boards which are caused by (easy credit) (printed money). It makes a sad situation for young farmers. Now I see that if I don't join a general farm organization most of the things I don't want will be taken away from me. I belong to some organizations of my own free will who also pay into the Ontario Federation of Agriculture. What will they do now. I used to belong to OFA for years and then they got a new militant leader and their policy changed. Now they have got a good leader and need the policy changed back, then I could be a mem- ber again with peace of mind.
