steam them.
Eat generous amounts of vege-
tables and fruits as they have no
cholesterol and only traces of fat. The
exception here is the avocado which is
loaded with fat.
Homemade soups are good too.
Check out bean or split pea,
minestrone or vegetable, as well as
chicken, onion, and clam chowder.
Skim off the fatty Layer on the chilled
soup before re-heating.0
