Ontario Farm Tour, 11:00 a.m. The tour
will start at the Zettel's Jervic Farms, a
30 -cow dairy operation with cash crops
on 250 acres just outside of Chepstow.
Totally converted to organic and bio-
dynamic methods four years ago, this
farm has made an incredible turnaround.
In the afternoon the tour moves to the
Zettler farm where Rick and his family
run a herd of Jerseys with 70 cows and
cash crops on 500 acres. Studying ways
to protect and improve soil through fall,
winter, and early spring will be empha-
