Farmers don't want a free handout. They just want a little bit of help to give them hack their optimism. If they can see a way to make money they will gladly reinvest in Ontario's rural economy. My advice to anyone who is against the countervail. either philosophically or through self interest. is to put your efforts into lobbying the government to implement the risk management program.
