about safe food but 85 per cent of
Ontario consumers feel the food they
get 'is safe.
On a convenience level new
products such as prepared roasts are
showing a strong response.
Vidoczy sees production -based
differentiation as a coming trend,
adding value by management
practices that only the farmer can do.
Following up on the success of
Omega-3 eggs, the pork industry
needs to explore if it is possible to
make the fat in pork high in Omega-3

customers in much of the province.
