Livestock Market operation run by
the extended Kuhl family,
acknowledges the market has just
kept on growing over the years. With
the hard times caused by the can-
cellation of regular auctions due to
the devastation caused by the BSE
crisis, the outdoor market is helping
to pay for at least some salaries, she
says.
Summer sausages (above) are laid out by the dozen at one booth while
canaries in cages occupy a van rooftop in the fleamarket area (below). For
children, there are pony rides to add excitement to a visit to the sprawling
market.
