NEW SEED COMPANY

Seeds Incorporated, founded by
Vince Trudell and his wife
Rosemary, is the newest Canadian
seed company to be formed.
The company is based in
London and plans to market seed
throughout Ontario as well as other
provinces.
"It is a very exciting time to be in
the seed industry because, with
every challenge, there is an
opportunity," says Trudell.
This spring De Dell Seeds will
begin breeding and testing new
corn hybrids. Trudell states, "Corn
is where the company will focus its
entire research efforts. We will,
however, supply soybean, cereal
and forage seeds through our
dealer network."
Trudell has been in the seed
business for twenty years. When
asked if he was sane to invest his
entire life's savings into a seed
business at this time of rising
technology, Trudell replied, "I know
what the farmer needs, but more
importantly, I know what the farmer
wants."0
