Coultes of Bel - grave, and Mr. and Mrs. Alex Leaver spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Hackett of Ashfield. Mr. and Mrs. Murray Shiell and baby, Patricia, visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Robt. Alexander of Goderich. Mrs. Walter Lott was a guest at the marriage of her grandson, Bruce Lott and Ruth Thompson in the Presbyterian Church on Saturday. The hap- py couple will make their home at Barrie, where the groom is in the hydro office. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Conley of Trenton Airport spent the week -end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Conley of Kin- loss, and with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Irwin of West Wawanash, and attended the Lott -Thompson nupials in Wing - harm on Saturday.. Mr, and Mrs, Relison Fal- coner and sons of Sarnia, spent the week -end with his mother, Mrs. Cecil Falconer and with Wingham relatives. Little six- year-old Paul has been a pa- tient in Sarnia Hospital for the past four weeks and on Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Falconer had ta ken him to specialists in Lon- don. Mr. and Mrs. Wm• Fisher of Toronto, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Lougheed and family of Peter- borough, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Fisher and family of Owen Sound and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Gibson and children of Lucknow, spent the week -end with their par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. George Fisher. Mrs, E. E. Walker left on Thursday to spend a week at Ottawa at the home of her son, Major and Mrs. George Walker and family. Mr. and Mrs. Alan Walker and children of, Owen Sound spent the week- end here with Mr. Walker. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Pur - don and children of Thorndale spent the week -end with his mother Mrs. John Purdon, and with his father in Wingham Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. George Wal- ker visited with Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Brown, Mrs. Norris Wil- son and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Snell and his mother, Mrs. Robert Snell at Guelph on Sun- day. The United Church Women here will hold their December meeting and birthday tea at the home of Mrs. Ezra Schultz on December 13, with Mrs. Russell Gaunt presiding for her group.
