Dr. R. W. Stephens of Brussels presi- ded over the jury. Mr. Martin died in an acci- dent on the fifth concession of Morris Township when his trac- tor was struck from the rear by a car driven by John Owen Jones of Brussels. Both Mr. and Mrs. Jones were killed. The jury attached no blame to either driver. Mrs, Kenneth White of Brus- sels, first person at the scene of the accident, was the only witness called, since no per- son saw the collision of the two vehicles.
