Harry Jennings, Rural Dean of Huron, was in charge of Holy Communion service in St. Stephen's Church on Sunday morn- ing and in the afternoon baptized William Joel, son of Mr. and Mrs. John 'Stafford. Bishop Appleyard was assisted at the service by the Rev. Garfield Russell, chaplain of the Northern Area, and the Rev, Ben 1 -fall, rector of St Philip's, Walter'. Falls. Misses Yvonne and Wanda Sparling and Mr. Donald Gedke visited Mr. Roy Savage in Branson Hospital, Willowdale, and also with Mrs. Roy Savage, Toronto. She looked lovely in 3, floor length gown of white em- aossed taffeta with a scoop neck- line, and lily point sleeves, She vore a four -tiered veil of silk 11- fusion caught to a halo of net .eaves and pearls, and carried a cascade of pink and white roses. The matron of honour was her sister-in-law, Mrs. Stanley Schade, Listowel, who wore a beige em- bossed cotton dress with scoop neckline, short sleeves and full skirt, mauve headband with shoul- der length veil, mauve bow and streamers and mauve wristlets, and carried a cascade of white and mauve roses. The bridesmaids were Miss Karen Martin, Molesworth, sister of the groom; Miss Faye George, Listowel, and Miss Kathy E1gIe, of London, cousins of the bride, who wore similar dresses to the matron of honor with accessor- ies of pink and the junior brides- maids in turquoise with cascades of pink, white and turquoise roses. The best man was Mr. Michael Little, Atwood, and ushers were Stanley Schade, and Allan Schade, brothers of the bride, David and Brian Martin, brothers of the groom. The groom's ,mother assisted, wearing a bine sheath with draped bodice. white accessories and a corsage of pink carnations. The bride chose for travelling a brown sheath with gold coat., mint green accessories and a corsage of tawny roses for a honeymoon trip to Eastern Ontario. They will reside in the village of Molesworth.
