was the youngest son of the late

oneer family of Wingham, and
visited here four years ago this
past summer,

to be a most inspiring theme for a
new venture of the Leadership De-
velopment Committee in Iluron
Presbytery. Recently a dynamic
Christian fellowship sponsored by
the United Church Women was held
at the Goderich Summer School.
Over 100 people registered and
were welcomed by the president,
- Mrs. G. W. Tiffin, Wingham. After
group singing, the company moved
to the chapel where a representa-
tive of the United Church Men
cqnducted the opening worship ser-
vice. 1
Lectures during the morning and
afternoon sessions were given by
Rev. Arthur t hur Higginbotham, Walton,' t
to introduce the new study book E
"The Word and the Way," The
themes of the lectures were religion 1 I
in general and the uniqueness of
Christianity as compared to other
religious systems, involving as it
does, God's self -revelation to man
and man's personal response to

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to The Election Act,
'1951, (Section 88) poli for the Electoral District of Huron.
Bruce will be open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the
27th, 28th and 29th days of September, 1962, from 8 a.m,
until 5 p.m., and from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m.
(9 a,m. until 6 p.m., and from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m. D.S,T,)
The polling places for the said electoral district will be
located at the

MUNICIPAL OFFICE, RIPLEY
PUBLIC LIBRARY, BRUSSELS

for the purpose of receiving the votes of voters who expect
to be absent from the electoral district on the day fixed for
