Enjoy a good lunch today. Skip-
ping meals, especially the noon
meal, is not a good practice for ef-
ficiency on the job. Nutritionists at
Macdonald Institute, Guelph, say
that those who eat nutritious foods,
in moderate amounts, at noon, are
able to work more efficiently than
those who skip lunch, For most
people, a well chosen lunch will
help to eliminate the "four o'clock
slump'; and lessen fatigue at the
end of the day.
