Nutritionists at Macdonald Institute, Guelph, say that those who eat nutritious foods, in moderate amounts, at noon, are able to work more efficiently than those who skip lunch, For most people, a well chosen lunch will help to eliminate the "four o'clock slump'; and lessen fatigue at the end of the day. 6III■ill■III■IIIUIIIMIII■III■III■III■I1I■IIIU111■III■III■III■III■III■I11u111■III■illulli/III■III■III■III■III■III■1111■III■III■III■III■III■III■III■III■III■III■III■III■Ili■III■III■III■II I■III■IIIIIIIJi 4 4 w 4 4 4 4 i 4 i 4 4 4 4 4 1 i a A A a 4 a 4 i 4 4 1 • 4 4 4 A 4 e 4 a i 4 w rand Re -Opening ILLER'S LADIES' WEAR WILL RE=OPEN FOR BUSINESS ON Saturday, September 1st Completely New Stock of Ladies' DRESSES, COATS, BLOUSES, SLACKS, SKIRTS, LINGERIE, HOSIERY, SWEATERS, HANDBAGS.
