Nine members of St.• Paul's A.Y,
T'. A.. attended a Deanery meeting
n.t Huron Church Camp, Bayfield,
on Saturday afternoon, There were
only about 20 young people all told,
but the poor attendance was due to
the track meet in Clinton and the
feltlinunring final exams.
A ball game was held early in
the afternoon and then they went
to the brach, where some of the
hardier members enjoyed a dip in
the lake, which was reported to be
rather chilly. A wiener roast at
supper time wound up the after-
noon's outing and when all was
tidied nip they left: for home.
The 1.962.63 Deanery officers are

The Wingham. Gooclyears lost
their second game of the season to
Otterville, last year's Memorial
League champs, in Otterville on
Monday night of this week by a
score of 3-2.
The Goodyears started off with
the first run in the 3rd inning when
"Cookie" Foxton iit a homer. Ot-
terville went ahead in the 7th in-
ning when they collected two runs.
The Goodyears tied it up 2-2 in the
8th when "Mac" Eadie liit a double
and Jim. Coultes drove him home.
Otterville came through with the
winning run in the 9th inning with
two out, on a single and a triple.
.Jim Coultes pitched a nice game
for the Goodyears striking out 19
hatters and gave up 9 hits. Bruce
Smith for Otterviile struck out 13
and gave up seven hits.
