The Murray Cardiff Citizenship Trophy is donated by Murray Cardiff to the 4H member in Huron County who best exemplifiesthegoalsandaimsof4H. Connie McClurefrom the Seaforth area was the winner this year at the 4H Awards Night in Clinton Friday. She was selected from 15 nominees. THE GOOD, BAD & THE UGLY! by Brian Machan and John Ramirez On Tuesday, November 28, the student body of Blyth Public School received their first term report cards. The following day was a Professional Development Day (P.D. Day) in which the students’ parents met with the teachers to discuss the progress of their child- ren. We hope that all the parents were happy with the interviews, even if the grades were among the good, bad and ugly! THE BOOK FAIR by Chad Haggitt and Chris Bromley On Tuesday, November 28, Blyth Public School held a Book Fair, which was organized by Mrs. Webster. The books were sold to students and parents. The library at Blyth P.S. gets half of the money which would be $450 worth in books. There were about 300 hundred books sold. The Book Fair was very successful .‘The Book Fair is a project of the “Great Owl Book Fair Company”. We would like to thank Mrs. Webster for her time and all the students and parents who purchased books. Our library will benefit from your interest.
