Phone 185, 3rrb GORRIE—Mrs. Ethel Jane liar. riet Rayner died Thursday, April 6, at the 'Fairhaven Nursing Home, Kincardine, following a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Henry Walling and Mrs. Anne E. Walling, London, and was born July 30, 1890, in Haliburton County. She assisted her husband on Presbyterian mission charges in Alberta and Manitoba, After church union they moved into On- tario and served at Rothsay, Bel- more, Gore Bay, Dobbington and Lions' .1-lead, At the time of their retirement they took up residence at Tara. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, 'Rev, W. J. Rayner, Tarn; one daughter, Mrs. Harry (Doris) Rhame, Gorrie; one granddaugh- ter; two sisters, Mrs. Hildred Nichol, Byron, and Miss Bertha Walling, London; one brother, Os- car Walling, Lindsay. The funeral service was held at the J. 0. ,Searrow funeral home, Tara, on Saturday at 2.30 p.m., con- ducted by Rev. Mr, Ball, of the United Church, Tara. Interment was in Tara. Cemetery.
