The funeral of the late Mrs. Lt.*,
tidal Phillips of Auburn was held
On Monday from St. Mark's Ang-
lican Church there, to Pall's Ceme-
tery. Mrs. Phillips was in her 88th
year. For many years her hus-
band was a blacksmith in this vil-
lage. She leaves two. daughters,.
Mrs. Thomas Johnston and Misl
Laura, and one son, Robert, all of
Auburii.

has been a patient in Victoria Hos-
pital, London, for the. past two
weeks. On Sunday, his mother,
Mrs, Donald McDonald, his wife,
