Schools Association Senior B foot-
ball championship hy defeating
the Kingsville team 51-7 at Wing-
ham on Tuesday of last week Ws
ends tne season for Wingham with
nine straight victories. During
the whole season the Wirigharn
squad had only 17 points scored
against them.
The big -drivers for Wingharn
were Allan MacDonald with three
touchdowns; Bill Datlimore, who
racked un two touchdowns; Boa
Howard, a hard driver all season,
also with two; Pete CIrmichaei and
Bob Hetherington with singles to
complete Wingharn'S Seorltig. Pete
Carmichael kicked one of the
converts and quarterback Roy Viv-
ian passed to Bill Dallimore and
Allan MacDonald for the other two.
The Wingharn defence, including
Jack Vivian, Doug Spry, Alex
Strong and John Merkley deserves
great credit for holding baek the
opponents' offensive plays,
Kingsville scOred when Salmoni
intercepted a pass for a touch-
down which was not converted,
and when Cull tackled the Mus-
tangs' quarterbacle behind the end
zon4 for the other point. Penalties
were few, with two roughing pen-
alties for Wingham, and an off-
side, an illegal use of hands, and a
tripping penalty for Kingsville.

Men's Bowling League
CKNX co»tinued in their win-
ning ways Monday night, once
again picking up the maximum
seven points. Their victims this
week were the Burkes entry. Jack
Caesar was the big gun for the
first place CKNX team, rolling
a 703 triple, which is mighty good
bowling.
Ron Lee also had a go•od night
and kept his team in second place
by scoring a 318 single in his last
game. This gave Lees two games
and total pins over the Rockets
and shoved the Rockets hack into
a tie for fifth place. The Mus-
tangs came out of the cellar for a
fifth place tie with the Rockets by
taking two of the three games
from the Hydro and picking up
total pins for a night total of five
points to the Hydro's two. The
Hydro is currently in third place
behind CKNX and Lees.
