Tidings prayer.

vices were held Sunday in Ford-
wick United Church with Rev. John
Stinson of Wesley United Church,
London, as the guest speaker.
Rev. Mr. Stinson chose as his
sermon at the morning service
"The Spires on the Horizon", and.
in the evening, "The Kind of
Citizen I'd like to be".The choir
rendered two lovely antems. Mrs.
Ken Graham, Mrs. George Rich-
ards and Miss Minnie McElwain
sang as a trio,
Rev. Mr. Stinson also showed
slides of a recent trip he had made
to Oberammergan near Bavaria in
Southern- Germany, where the
"Passion Play" is given every ten
years,

home from Toronto Saturday after
spending three weeks there.

her 87th birthdaY on Saturday.
