have accepted the project to tape
all bicycles. This is in the interest
of safety to all, Red tape is in-
stalled on the rear fender and
White tape on the left front fork.
The tape shows up well at night
and makes bicycle riding ,safer
when at dusk.
Each owner of ,a bicycle besides
receiving the tape, will receive a
set of the Traffic Act rules, which
all. bicycle owners should know,
