The president, Mrs. Milian Moore
nresided, giving the call -to worship
and leading the responsive reading.
Mrs. Bea MeCienaghan read the
Scripture message and Mrs. E. H.
Groskorth gave the meditation talk.
Mrs. Ezra Scholtz led in prayer.
Mrs. Moore spoke on the Refugee
appeal. this week in Huron, and
led in prayer for the pool. and out-
cast in camps.
Mrs. James McInnis gave two
readings, Granny's. Family Bible"
and "Father of Light We Thank
Thee", by Edna Jacques. Miss
Margaret Rae of Lucknow sang
"In the Garden of My Heart". Mrs.
Moore then introduced Rev. Harold
Steed of Moorefield, who was -for
20 years in Angola when his par-
ents were missionaries. He show-
ed python and crocodile skins, and
primitive masks, comparing them
with the happy faces of the people
when they became Christians, He
showed slides Of the country, child-
ren, schools, churches, their work
and play, emphasizing the Laubach.
