GORRIE—The following is a
copy of an enclorsatied by the
Prime Minister of Canada,' in re-
gard' to the Red Cross campaign.
"May I extend wards of com-
mendation and of thanks to all
who participate in Red Cross work
and projects, by giving iheir time,
their talents, their blocal .and their
money to early on the humani-
tarian work of the Red Cross in
Canada and throughout the world.
"The Red Cross both nationally
and internationally is the essence
of all neighborliness. It gives
without stint to all who are in
need regardless of race or colour
or creed. The only question it
ever asks are: "What do you
need?" and "What can we do?"
"To answer these questions as
the Red Cross always does demands
generous support from all of us,
Only then can it meet the many
demands on its resources.
